Returns and Exchanges

McClutchey’s wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. We’ve created this return and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible!

Unworn merchandise may be returned within 15* days of original order date. Item must have original tags intact and be in new condition. Sale items are eligible for exchange only.

*Orders placed between November 15 and December 24 are eligible for return until January 6.

If you qualify for free shipping and return item(s) that drop below the $99.00 a $10.00 Flat rate will be deducted from refund.

Please include order number and reason for return.

Upon receiving your request, we will email you a return shipping label.

Print the return label and attach to your package and drop off at USPS, no need to even wait in line!

Please note, items marked “Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges” may not be returned or exchanged.

Return and Exchange Shipping

A $10 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging your item for a different size return shipping is FREE. 

If you qualified for free shipping and return item(s) that drop below the $99.00 a $10.00 Flat rate will be deducted from refund.

Items that are Not Returnable 

– Items that are marked FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 

– Purchases from anywhere other than McClutcheys.com. 

– Items which were ordered more than 15 days ago.

– Worn items with normal wear and tear.  

– Soiled items, including hair, or those containing any odor.
